About the programme

Founder-Led Thought Leadership is a small-format track for technical founders, CTOs, and security research leads. The premise is simple: most ghostwritten founder content is recognisably ghostwritten. We work with one principal at a time inside a cohort of four to seven, capture their actual voice through two long interviews, then build a publishing rhythm that does not depend on a content team chasing them every week. Output is a personal publishing system: themes, cadence, capture method, and a five-piece content backlog the principal has approved.

What you work on

  • Two ninety-minute voice-capture interviews
  • Personal theme map and editorial line
  • Five drafted pieces with principal-led revision
  • Cadence and capture method tuned to the principal
  • Cohort critique with five other founders
  • Three months of light editorial check-ins post-program

Take-home outcomes

  1. 01A founder voice your audience recognises
  2. 02Reduced anxiety around publishing personally
  3. 03Template that survives a chief of staff handoff

Common questions

Yes, if you can talk for ninety minutes about your work without notes. We do most of the writing transformation; you do the thinking and the final pass. If you cannot commit to the final pass, the program will produce content that still reads ghostwritten.

Reader notes from past cohorts

  • “The voice interviews were uncomfortable in a useful way. I sound more like myself when I post now.”

    Petra

  • “Good track. I dropped from a weekly cadence to bi-weekly, which the program had warned me to expect.”

    Reader · early-stage security startup

  • “Sharp peers. The cohort calls felt like the right amount of accountability.”
