Privacy Statement
Last updated 2026-03-08
This statement explains how the studio handles personal data submitted through the website and the discovery process. It is written in plain language. For the cookie notice and the cancellation policy, see the imprint page.
1. Third parties we share with
We share limited information with a small set of service providers needed to run the fellowship: a calendar scheduling tool used to book consultation calls, a transactional email service used to send programme materials, a video conferencing service for live workshops, and a hosting provider for the website itself. Each provider is bound by a written data processing arrangement. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share data with advertising platforms.
2. How long we keep information
Discovery enquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a fellowship engagement is started, in which case retention follows the contract period. Cohort participation records are retained for five years to support alumni outreach and quality reviews. Email subscribers can request deletion at any time. Backups are kept for a maximum of ninety days before secure deletion. We periodically prune inactive enquiry records to keep the database lean.
3. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to certain types of processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Requests can be sent to welcome@bond-gridattach.one and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission of the Republic of Korea.
4. How we use information
We use the information you submit through the contact form or scheduling tool to respond to your enquiry, prepare for the discovery call, and, with your permission, send programme updates relevant to your stated interest. We use cohort communications data to operate the fellowship itself, including peer review and editorial feedback. We use website analytics in aggregate to understand which programme pages need clearer copy.
5. Scope, contact, and data collected
This statement applies to bond-gridattach.one and to the off-site interactions that begin from this site, including discovery calls and cohort enrolment. Data we collect directly includes name, work email address, company name, role, and the questions you choose to share. Data we collect indirectly includes general website analytics. For all questions about how we handle your information, write to welcome@bond-gridattach.one.
