Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-02-14

1. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the SignalFoundry Fellowship website or programs shall be brought before the competent courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. We have written this section in plain language so that you can understand the framework before booking a program.

2. What we provide

SignalFoundry Fellowship is a cohort-based educational program for cybersecurity vendors. We offer fellowship programs that combine workshops, editorial planning, and expert feedback. Pricing displayed on the site is informational only; an actual engagement is confirmed through a separate written agreement after a discovery call. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to deliver a specific outcome.

3. Intellectual property

All editorial frameworks, templates, and program materials shared during a fellowship are the intellectual property of SignalFoundry Fellowship and are licensed to participating vendors for internal use within the engaged organisation. Sharing program materials with non-participating organisations or republishing them externally without written permission is not permitted. Marks, logos, and partner names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or program participation if you breach these terms, behave in a manner that is harmful to other cohort members, or use the service to infringe the rights of third parties. We will notify you in writing where reasonable and provide a fair opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations that by their nature should survive, including confidentiality and intellectual property clauses.

5. Liability and acceptance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea. By using this website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website. For any questions write to welcome@bond-gridattach.one.

Cookie Notice

1. Setting your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie toast that appears in the bottom-right corner of the site. Selecting "Got it" stores a preference that hides the toast and treats functional analytics as accepted. Selecting "Opt out" stores the same preference but disables analytics cookies. Clearing site data in your browser will reset your preference and the toast will reappear.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website to remember information across visits or pages. We use a small set of cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember your cookie preference, and run privacy-respecting analytics on aggregate page traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

3. Contacting us about cookies

If you have questions about how cookies are used on bond-gridattach.one, or if you would like a more detailed list of the storage keys we set, write to welcome@bond-gridattach.one and we will respond within five working days. We treat cookie questions seriously because they are usually a stand-in for broader questions about how we treat reader trust.

4. The consent we ask for

On first visit we ask whether you would like to accept analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to function do not require consent under applicable law. Refusing analytics does not block any feature of the site, and you can return to the cookie toast at any time using the link in the footer.

5. Third-party storage and categories

A small number of cookies are placed by third parties we use to operate scheduling and form submission. These are listed in our Privacy Statement and bound by data processing arrangements. Categories we use are: strictly necessary, preference, and aggregate analytics. We do not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site, and disabling analytics has no measurable effect on your reading experience.

For data handling, see the Privacy Statement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-02-21

1. Scope of this policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to fellowship programs purchased directly from SignalFoundry Fellowship through our discovery and contracting process. Pricing displayed on this website is informational. The binding refund terms for any individual engagement are documented in the signed agreement, which is consistent with this policy.

2. How to request a cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, write to welcome@bond-gridattach.one with your engagement reference, the date you booked, and a short note describing the reason. We do not require a justification; we ask only because it helps us improve future cohorts. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and confirm next steps.

3. Exceptions

Custom advisory work scoped specifically to your team is not eligible for refund once the discovery interviews have taken place, because the discovery work is the bulk of the deliverable. Cohort programs cancelled within fourteen days of the cohort start date are eligible for a fifty-percent refund of fees paid, since seats are reserved against capacity caps.

4. Process and timeframe

You may cancel a cohort program within fourteen days of payment for a full refund, provided the cohort has not yet begun. After cohort start, refunds are pro-rated against weeks completed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within fifteen business days of approval. We do not charge cancellation fees beyond the conditions described in this policy.

5. Eligibility and Korean consumer rights

Participants located in the Republic of Korea retain all consumer rights granted under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations. Where mandatory consumer protection rules grant you a stronger right than this policy, those rights apply. For any concern that we have not handled fairly, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency.
